Scholarly Interests
My research interests cover the competitiveness of fast fashion strategy, consumer shopping behavior, price perception, cross-cultural studies and global retailing/sourcing with an emphasis on the fashion apparel industry. Methodologically, I embrace diverse approaches to both quantitative and qualitative research designs. Statistically, I try to stay current of the most advanced tools such as Structural Equation Modeling for rigorous theory building and testing. Teaching includes World Trade and Production in the Apparel/Textile Industry, Visual Merchandising and Fashion Analysis and Forecasting.
