Chef Odette Fada

Chef Fada currently serves as the corporate chef for Rana USA. After graduating from the Instituto Professionale Alberghiero, Chef Fada helped her brother open a trattoria in Brescia. She previously worked at some of Italy's highest rated restaurants, including Ristorante Castello Malvezzi in Brescia, Ristorante Vissani in Baschi and Convivio Vissani in Rome. In 1996, she joined San Domenico NY as the executive chef and garnered culinary acclaim including being named one of the best Italian Chefs by Wine Spectator, and the winner of the White Truffle Competition in 1999.

Chef Michael Schwartz

With the launch of his restaurant, Michael's Genuine Food & Drink, Michael Schwartz defined the Design District as Miami's hot new dining destination, raising his profile from well-respected local chef to a nationally renowned culinary innovator at the forefront of the farm-to-table movement. Recently honored with the prestigious 2010 James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: South, Schwartz is recognized by his peers and the diners that flock to his restaurant for his straightforward, ingredient-driven cuisine, as well as his commitment to supporting local farmers and responsible, seasonal food sourcing.


Chef Jean-Pierre Dubray

Jean-Pierre Dubray developed a passion for food growing up in France’s Loire Valley. He came to California in 1980 as part of the opening team for La Vie en Rose restaurant in Brea. After completing 14 overseas assignments for openings with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, he joined The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco as executive chef, where The Dining Room received countless honors, including the AAA Five Diamond rating. His accomplishments brought him to Pelican Hill Resort where he has taken the culinary reins over the past two years. Among his numerous awards are “Outstanding Chef of the Year” from the Marin County Branch of the International Wine and Food Society and “Le Merite Agricole” from the French Minister of Agriculture.
