Please check with Academic affairs in Room 266 for a schedule of when room 110 is avaliable.

This is a How-to guide for using Room 110

You must reserve any of the rooms in order to use them for presentations, or classes.

  1. The only computer in this room that can project to the projector is SP110-LPC1.

  2. Check to make sure the Computer is on.

  3. Check to make sure the Monitor is on, usually the Monitor is not left on.

  4. Turn the DOC CAM on, usually the Document Camera is not left on.

The Document Camera will take about ten (10) seconds to "boot" or "Power On".

  5. Press the DOC CAM/Computer button.
Press enter on the keyboard, just to make sure the computer is awake.
If you get a white screen or see chairs that means the Document camera is selected.
Press the DOC CAM/Computer button, again.
If you get a solid black screen it means you pressed it twice, and selected an external screen (in case a laptop needs to be plugged in).

  6. Turn on the Projector. Sometimes this has to be done by going to the projector and reaching up and pressing the button.

  7. Once all of the equipment is warmed up and turned on you should see the computer screen projected thorugh the projector.
