Irradiation and other methods to reduce bacterial contamination of food products. Effects of processing on food nutrients such as folic acid, vitamin B6 and galactose.

Food Industry Entropenureship- Assisting individuals to start food processing industries in the state of Alabama and in other surrounding states. Food Safety issues in the Food Processing Industry and in the Food Service Industry.
