     Nutritional biochemistry of lipids with emphasis on maternal and infant nutrition (lactation, fatty acid metabolism, prostaglandins, vitamin E, cystic fibrosis, essential fatty acids, dietary fat, trans-fatty acids, nutritional toxicology)
