Beverage management minor to launch this fall

To continue its commitment to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the global hospitality and tourism industries, the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management in the College of Human Sciences will soon offer a brand-new opportunity with the establishment of the beverage management minor to be offered to all eligible Auburn University students beginning in fall 2026.
