WPB Standing Committees

The Women’s Philanthropy Board has seven active committees which carry out the mission of the board. These standing committees are composed of volunteers from within the WPB membership. Each committee has a chair or, in some cases, co-chairs. In addition, a representative from the CHS@AU administrative team serves in a nonvoting liaison role representing the Office of the Dean. Committee Chairs prepare reports of their committee’s activities at each of the WPB Executive Committee meetings and also share an annual report with the entire membership during the WPB Winter Board Meeting.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is responsible for monitoring income and expenses of the WPB, exploring and making investment recommendations as appropriate, and communicating with the CHS@AU Dean about how the WPB can best meet the needs of the College.
